My BF3 and Other Video Game Videos

Since getting the HD PVR, iv'e been trying to get the videos to work properly and finally after a while I have compleated the first test video in Singleplayer.The video took about 45 minutes to upload to Youtube in 720p I have to get audio splitter cables to have my voice heard through recording on my Turtlebeach headset but anyone else talking on mics are heard load and clear. Hopefully I can the settings finalised and I can get to work on some great videos up soon.

Does anyone know how to upload HD videos to Youtube faster? It's taking me at least an hour and a half to upload a 5 minute video. Any help on this matter I will gladly appreciate
