I have created this new topic for strictly all the new LoS Members who joined before the recruitment ban. On this page ALL new members MUST introduce themselves (First name, what country, what language ect.) in order for us veteran members to understand who we are playing with. To each of you Welcome to LoS and thank you for introducing your self, we like to know a little of each other if we are on the Battlefiled either to show interest (no homo here) for something or to make a little joke.(overall we respect each others)

Hi dudes!

As promised a little introduction of myself as the newest/freshest member of the LoS platoon. First off all I would like to thank you guys for accepting me! Especially Pablo, for the tip that I had to contact Ashton, Patrick for presenting me and Ashton for accepting me, thanks guys!

The name is Mark, 31 and I ‘am from the Netherlands and I speak Dutch/English/German.
I ‘am not entirely new to gaming but with Battlefield I ‘am kind off new. Back in the old days, I played a lot of nes, snes and the gameboy. After a on and of break of gaming for 10 years (only played some games on my brothers pc and at friends, rainbow six, nfs and such) my brother introduced me to gaming this year again by borrowing me his Xbox and Battlefield. Got pretty much addicted and I liked it a lot, accept the fact you had to pay for online gaming (my brother did not had this option). So I only played the campaign a few times. At one point the Xbox had to go back, and once again I had nothing to play with. A friend of mine said after a while, here lend my Ps and Bf, I don’t need it for now. So I borrowed his Ps for almost 2 months and started playing Battlefield on his account. He was a rank lvl 26 and I made him a col lvl 15 by playing a lot and putting effort in it, finished the campaign an co-op for him and unlocking a lot of stuff for him! Met our member Patrick by practicing flying choppers on the canals, and he taught me some stuff. Since then playing a lot of games with Pat! Loads of fun!
But off course the ps had to go back at one point, but I already decided to get my own ps and my own copy of Battlefield. So now I have to start allover again and unlocking stuff. Pfffffff it’s fun but also a lot of work again.

I had the pleasure of playing with some of you guys and I ‘am truly amazed of your skills and levels. I can only dream of getting there but hopefully you all will guide and teach me more than I know at this point.

I have been playing on a SD tv (don’t ask me how I could ;-) ) and since the latest patch I have a lot of lag… It’s a well know fact, the forum is full of it. That’s why my stats are not so good at the moment, kdr dropped from 1,80 to 1,03 in 5 days! It's become unplayable on SD. Luckily my new HD tv comes this week. Oh and a mic is coming also soon, can’t decide between a one ear peace set or a complete headset.

So yeah, I hope you all have an impression of who I ‘am. If not, feel free to ask me anything! Looking forward playing with u guys!

hey guys, been playing with several of you now for a few months. Just got accepted (thanks). Excited.

My name is John, I live in ND.

on BF3, I always use a mic, I am mostly ground, getting better in the chopper, decent in tanks.

as far as on the ground, I usually run support, for ammo. But I always switch it up depending on situation. Heavy armor maps I run engineer for repairs, or assualt if revives are needed or no one else is playing it. I'm not good with a sniper rifle and I don't like to be out of the action. If I run recon, I do so for spawn becon to get team in to mcom faster. For recon I will run a pdw typically.

Not the greatest KD because I play the objective hard and will always rush it to get a plant. I am usually a good add to a squad.
