Battlefield 3: Video Thief

So yesterday I checked my E-mails and I got Two new subscribers. One of them sends me a message saying he liked my channel, thought my content was cool and what not. Then he asked me if I could make an Intro like my own for his videos. He says he's a new YouTuber so I take pitty on him and politely say I can't do that. He says he uses Sony Vegas too but doesn't know how to use it ect. I tell him that there plenty of tutorials on how to use it and to go look it up. He relents and say's Thanks. So today I wake up and find he uploaded his first montage. And what do you know? He stole my intro from my Inception Montage and put it on his with different music. He simply downloaded my video off Youtube, cut my montage off, kept the intro and switched the audio for something else.

I emailed him to get him to tell me he did it. I wouldn't have minded if he gave me credit for the intro, but the fact he stole it and tries to pass it off as his own work, that's what pisses me off.

Update: I have since told the alleged thief (He says he got my video content from one of his "Youtube friends") to take down his video and re edit it without my content. Victory is mine
